Test 7E - Short To Battery

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS at end of article.

Using DRB-II in ohmmeter mode, check CAB connector terminals No. 11, 12 and 24 (ground wires - Black). If resistance of any ground wire is more than 5 ohms, repair open in ground circuit (Black wire). Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace CAB. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
