Diagnosis & Repair Procedure

  1. Check driver's window switch connector for loose, corroded or damaged terminals. Repair as necessary and recheck system operation. If connector is okay, go to next step.
  2. Check driver's window switch. See POWER WINDOW SWITCH  under COMPONENT TESTING. Replace switch as necessary. If switch is okay, disconnect power window relay. See Figure .
  3. Check continuity of Blue/Black wire between terminals No. 4 at window relay wiring harness connector and No. 8 at driver's window switch wiring harness connector. See Figure and Figure . Repair wiring as necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAM  .
