Clutch is a single-plate, dry-disc type with an adjustable hydraulic cylinder system. The clutch pedal arm actuates clutch master cylinder through an adjustable push rod. The clutch release cylinder push rod in turn operates the release bearing fork. A constant running clutch release bearing is used.

A clutch pedal position switch is used to prevent engine cranking with the clutch engaged. Clutch pedal position switch is wired in series between starter relay and ignition switch.
