Test TC-113E: EVAP Purge Flow Monitor Failure

NOTE: This procedure applies only to Neon. EVAP system is located near fuel tank.
  1. Disconnect vacuum hose from canister. Attempt to blow air through vacuum line that goes to canister. If air passes through vacuum line, go to next step. If air does not pass through vacuum line, repair or replace vacuum line. Perform TEST VER-2A .
  2. Check for a plugged vent port on canister. If vent port is plugged, clean plugged vent port and retest. Perform TEST VER-2A . If vent port is not plugged, replace EVAP canister. Perform TEST VER-2A .
