Resolver Relearn

  1. Position the vehicle on a hoist, and raise the vehicle until the front tires are approximately 30 cm. (12 in.) from the ground. Refer to HOISTING .
  2. Connect the scan tool to the diagnostics connector.
  3. Enter the vehicle and make sure the vehicle doors are closed  to prevent the Automatic Shift to Park function from engaging during the test.
  4. Turn off the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) button on the instrument panel.
  5. Using the scan tool, switch the vehicle to READY mode.
  6. Perform the Resolver Relearn procedure by following the step-by-step instructions on the scan tool.
