Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the left front floor air outlet. Refer to OUTLET, AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Disconnect the accelerator pedal wire harness connector (1).
4. Remove the screw (2a), push up to release and remove the accelerator pedal (2b) from the pedal support.

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the accelerator pedal and securely tighten the screw.
2. Connect the accelerator pedal wire harness connector.
3. Install the left front floor air outlet. Refer to OUTLET, AIR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
4. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
