Test Procedure

Turn engine off and wait 10 seconds. Deactivate Self-Test by disconnecting STI jumper to ground. Ensure all accessories are turned off and transmission is in Neutral.

Ground the STI connector. Connect a LED test light or VOM between the Red/Black (+) and White/Yellow (-) wire terminals of the 6-pin Self-Test connector. Watch the VOM as each switch is activated. Record all test results.

DO NOT  depress the throttle or clutch, or engage the transmission, unless directed. Refer to the SWITCH MONITOR TEST PROCEDURES chart.
