WASTEGATE Function Check

With a cool engine and exhaust manifold heat shields removed, disconnect the wastegate actuator hose at solenoid end. Using Pressure Regulator (T79P-6634-A), apply 8.5 psi (.6 kg/cm² ) of air pressure. If wastegate actuator does not move when pressure is applied, replace wastegate actuator assembly.
