EGR Valve

Manually move the valve diaphragm and ensure valve moves freely and spring resistance is present. With engine at operating temperature and idling, apply vacuum to the valve. Ensure engine runs roughly at 1.6-2.4 in. Hg of vacuum and stalls at any greater vacuum. Replace EGR valve if necessary.
