- Timing light will not trigger, start at SYSTEM FUNCTION test, step 7).
- Engine cranking is not smooth and regular, start at SYSTEM FUNCTION test, step 6).
- Engine will not start and fuel is okay, start at SYSTEM FUNCTION test, step 7).
- Engine will not start and no fuel, start at SYSTEM FUNCTION test, step 13).
- Continuous service code 18 (SPOUT fault), start at test MODULE HARNESS & SENSORS test, step 13).
- Continuous service code 19 (CID), start at SYSTEM FUNCTION test, step 13).
- Continuous service code 45, 46 or 48 (coil 1, coil 2 or coil 3 failure), lack of power and engine noise, start at MODULE HARNESS & COIL test, step 1).
- If continuous service code 49 (10 degrees spark angle all the time), start at MODULE HARNESS & SENSORS test, step 15).
