28) HEGO Sensor Check  Turn key off and wait 10 seconds. Disconnect HEGO sensor. Set DVOM on 20-volt scale and connect to HEGO SIGNAL at HEGO sensor connector and battery negative post. Remove a vacuum hose to create a vacuum leak, which will cause the HEGO sensor to go lean.
