Using a voltmeter, check for battery voltage between ECU terminal 1 and ground on all models except Probe 2.2L. On Probe with 2.2L, check for battery voltage at ECA terminal 1B. If battery voltage is not present, check Blue fusible link. If fusible link is okay, check for an open in wire to terminal No. 1 on control unit.
