Shaft Defection Check
Remove air inlet line and exhaust outlet pipe from turbocharger. Check turbine wheel and impeller wheel blades for damage or wear. Check rotor axial and radial play to ensure blades do not contact housing. Spin rotor to ensure smooth, quiet rotation. Replace turbocharger if noise or roughness are present.
