- Ensure ignition switch is in OFF position. Reconnect control module connector No. 2. Disconnect power door lock relay connector. Depress LOCK button on remote transmitter. Check voltage between Green/Black wire and chassis ground at power door lock relay connector. Depress UNLOCK button on remote transmitter. Check voltage between Green/Black wire and chassis ground at power door lock relay connector. See Fig 1 .
- Voltage should be greater than 10 volts with LOCK button depressed and less than one volt with UNLOCK button depressed. If voltages are as specified, control module is okay. Refer to symptom chart. If voltages are not as specified, go to RE12.
