Test Re: Re13
- Ensure ignition switch is in OFF position. Disconnect control module connectors No. 1 and 2. Check resistance in Blue/Green wire between control module connector No. 1 and program connector. Check resistance in Blue/White wire between connector No. 2 and program connector. Resistance should be less than 5 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, repair wire in question.
- Check resistance in Blue/Green wire between control module connector No. 1 and chassis ground. Check resistance in Blue/White wire between control module connector No. 2 and chassis ground. Resistance should be greater than 10,000 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, repair wire in question.
- Check resistance between Blue/Green wire and Blue/White wire at program connector. See Figure . Resistance should be greater than 10,000 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, repair wire in question.
- If resistance is as specified, but system cannot be programmed, go to RE14. If resistance is as specified, but doors lock when ignition switch is in ON position, replace control module.
