Motor Test

Turn ignition off. Disconnect motor(s) in question. Apply 12 volts to one terminal of motor, and ground remaining terminal. Motor should move in one direction. Reverse power and ground connections. Motor should move in opposite direction. If motor does not operate correctly, go to appropriate procedure under TROUBLE SHOOTING  , if applicable, or replace motor.
