Remote Transmitter

To program (or re-program) transmitter(s) into the remote/keyless entry module, perform the following steps:

  1. Enter 5-digit permanent entry code into keyless entry keypad. Within 5 seconds of pressing last digit of permanent entry code, press 1/2 button on keypad. All doors should lock and unlock to confirm programming mode has been entered. Press ANY button on remote transmitter within 5 seconds of pressing 1/2 button. All door locks will cycle to indicate successful programming of transmitter.
  2. If additional transmitters are to be programmed, press any button on next transmitter to be programmed within 5 seconds of programming first transmitter. If programming is successful, doors will signal by locking and unlocking.
  3. If keypad light goes out before all transmitters are programmed, repeat process from step 1)  . Up to 4 transmitters may be programmed for a vehicle. Press 7/8 and 9/0 buttons simultaneously on keypad to exit program mode.

NOTE: The remote/keyless entry module erases all previous transmitters from memory when the transmitters are programmed or re-programmed. The remote/keyless entry module can store up to four transmitters in memory.
