Key Programming - Without Using 2 Programmed Keys

Insert unprogrammed key in ignition and turn ignition switch to START position. Connect New Generation Star (NGS) tester to Data Link Connector (DLC), located under instrument panel next to steering column. Insert Ford Service Function (FSF) card in NGS tester. Perform security access procedure. See KEY PROGRAMMING - SECURITY ACCESS PROCEDURE. Select IGNITION KEY CODE PROGRAM. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect NGS tester. Key should now be programmed and be able to start vehicle.
