Test F: All Windows Operate With Ignition Off

Turn ignition off. Check delayed accessory relay. See DELAYED ACCESSORY RELAY  under COMPONENT TESTS. If relay is okay, repair Light Blue/Black wire. Clear DTCs and retest system operation. If delayed accessory relay does not test as specified, replace delayed accessory relay. Clear DTCs and retest system operation.
