Exhaust Manifold - RH: Installation

Install a new exhaust manifold gasket, the exhaust manifold and 8 new nuts.
- Tighten in sequence shown to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

Position the catalytic converter flange and install the catalytic converter-to-exhaust manifold nuts.
- Tighten to 34 Nm (25 lb-ft).
Position the A/C compressor and install the 3 bolts.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
Position the transmission cooler tube assembly and install the nut.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
Install the transmission cooler tube bracket bolt.
- To install, tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).
Connect the A/C compressor electrical connector.
Connect the CKP sensor electrical connector.
Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise and install the drive belt.

Connect the negative battery cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .

WARNING: If equipped with fire suppression system, repower the system. For important safety warnings and procedures, refer to FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM .

If equipped with fire suppression system, repower the system.
