Fuel Pump Module: Notes
CAUTION:
Fuel pump modules must be handled carefully to avoid damage to float arm and filter during removal. Fuel modules will contain residual fuel. Lift straight up and out of tank to drain remaining fuel out of reservoir. Drain excess fuel into suitable container.
WARNING:
On vehicles with electronic air suspension, power to air suspension system must be shut off prior to hoisting, jacking or towing vehicle.
NOTE:
Fuel pump module may also be referred to as Fuel Delivery Module (FDM).
