Power windows are operated by reversible motors mounted with each window regulator. A master power window control switch, located on driver's door, can operate all windows. Single switches in each passenger door can be locked out from the master power window control switch. Power windows system is also equipped with One-Touch Down (OTD) feature and delayed accessory power feature. OTD and delayed accessory power functions are controlled by Generic Electronic Module (GEM). GEM has the ability to store and output Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and Parameter Identification (PID) values.
