Automatic Transmission Servicing: Identification: Transmission

NOTE: On 4R100 transmission, identification tag is located on the left side of the transmission, rearward of the Transmission Range (TR) sensor. See Fig 1. On 4R70W transmission, identification tag is located on the transmission case. See Fig 2.
