Removal and Installation

Remove the air cleaner outlet tube. .
Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle lever.

Disconnect the accelerator cable fitting from the accelerator cable bracket.

Remove the speed control cable. For additional information, refer to VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL .
Remove the throttle return spring from the accelerator cable bracket.

Remove the bolt and the stud nut and remove the bracket.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
