In-Vehicle Repair: Flexplate: Installation

    NOTE: Apply Threadlock and Sealer E0AZ-19554-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specifications WSK-M2G315-A5 to flexplate bolts before installation.
  1. Position the flexplate onto the crankshaft and install the bolts.
  2. Tighten the bolts in sequence to specification.

  3. Install the transmission/transaxle. For additional information, refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE/TRANSMISSION .
