Valve Cover RH: Notes

CAUTION: During engine repair procedures, cleanliness is extremely important. Any foreign material, including any material created while cleaning gasket surfaces, that enters the oil passages, coolant passages or the oil pan can cause engine failure.
  1. Remove the ignition coil. For additional information, refer to IGNITION COIL, SPARK PLUG WIRES AND SPARK PLUG .
  2. Remove the nuts and the fresh air inlet duct.

  3. Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration.

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
