Programmable Parameters

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 Lincoln Navigator and 2005 Ford Expedition. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

If a module that has been modified using programmable parameters needs to be installed, the PMI procedure maintains the parameters in their altered state if the WDS is able to communicate with the old module during vehicle ID. Otherwise, it may be necessary to use programmable parameters to return the parameters to the altered state.
