Digital Transmission Range (TR) Sensor: Removal

  1. Place the transaxle range selector lever in NEUTRAL.

  3. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor and the breather tubes.

  5. Remove the engine air cleaner.

  7. Remove the air filter assembly.

  9. Disconnect the TR sensor electrical connector.

  11. Remove the shift cable and manual control lever.
    1. Remove the manual control lever nut.
    2. Remove the shift cable and manual control lever.

  13. Remove the digital TR sensor bolts and the TR sensor.
