Battery Tray

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the battery. For additional information, refer to Battery Battery.

2. For Hybrid vehicles, remove the Air Cleaner (ACL) assembly.

3. Release the battery cable retainers from the battery tray.

4. Remove the 4 battery tray bolts.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

5. Remove the battery tray.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
