PCM DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) LIST

DTC Description Action to Take
P0532 A/C Pressure Refrigerant Sensor A Circuit Low GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
P0533 A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor A Circuit High GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
P0645 Air Conditioning Clutch Relay (A/CCR) Control Circuit GO to PINPOINT TEST B .
P1464 A/C Demand Out Of Self Test Range If the HVAC selector was not in the OFF position, place it in the OFF position, CLEAR the DTCs and REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC does not return, ignore the DTC and continue diagnostics. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
All Other DTCs - REFER to INTRODUCTION - GASOLINE MODELS article.

DTC Description Action to Take
B1200 Stuck Button Button held too long may set DTC. ATTEMPT to clean buttons. If code returns, INSTALL a new HVAC module. REFER to HVAC - CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM article.
B1255 Air Temperature External Sensor Circuit Open GO to PINPOINT TEST O .
B1257 Air Temperature External Sensor Circuit Short To Ground GO to PINPOINT TEST O .
B12A4 Mode Door Actuator, Drive Circuit(s) Shorted to Battery Voltage GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
B12A5 Mode Door Actuator, Feedback Circuit Open or Shorted to Battery Voltage GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
B12A6 Mode Door Actuator, Feedback Circuit Shorted to Ground GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
B12A7 Mode Door Actuator, Slow or Door Obstructed GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
B12A8 Recirc Door Actuator, Drive Circuit(s) Open or Shorted to Ground GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
B12A9 Recirc Door Actuator, Drive Circuit(s) Shorted to Battery Voltage GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
B12AA Recirc Door Actuator, Slow or Door Obstructed GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
B12AF Front Blower Motor Relay Drive Circuit Shorted to Battery Voltage GO to PINPOINT TEST L .
B12B0 Front Blower Motor Relay Drive Circuit Open or Shorted to Ground If the blower motor is inoperative, GO to PINPOINT TEST L .
If the blower motor is always on, REPAIR circuit CH123 (VT/GN) for a short to ground. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. TEST the system for normal operation.
B12B3 Blend Door Actuator, Drive Circuit(s) Shorted to Battery Voltage GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
B12B5 Blend Door Actuator, Feedback Circuit Open or Shorted to Battery Voltage GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
B12B6 Blend Door Actuator, Feedback Circuit Shorted to Ground GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
B12B7 Blend Door Actuator, Slow or Door Obstructed GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
B12B9 Vref (5V) Drive Circuit Shorted to Battery Voltage REPAIR circuit LH111 (BN/WH) for a short to voltage. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. TEST the system for normal operation.
B12BA Vref (5V) Drive Circuit Shorted to Ground REPAIR circuit LH111 (BN/WH) for a short to ground. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. TEST the system for normal operation.
B1342 Module is Faulted INSTALL a new HVAC module. REFER to HVAC - CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM article.
B1676 Battery Voltage Out of Range GO to PINPOINT TEST N .
B2826 Front Evaporator Temp Sensor Circuit Failure GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
B2827 Front Evaporator Temp Sensor Short to Ground GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
B297A Blend Door Actuator, Drive Circuit(s) Open GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
B297B Blend Door Actuator, Drive Circuit(s) Shorted to Ground GO to PINPOINT TEST K .
B298A Mode Door Actuator, Drive Circuit(s) Open GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
B298B Mode Door Actuator, Drive Circuit(s) Shorted to Ground GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
U0140 Lost Communication With Generic Electronic Module (GEM) CLEAR The DTCs. REPEAT the self-test. If the DTC returns, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK article to diagnose the lost communication with the Smart Junction Box (SJB).
U2050 No Application Present INSTALL a new HVAC module. REFER to HVAC - CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM article.
All Other DTCs - REFER to the Master DTC Chart in MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULES article.
