COMMUNICATION NETWORK DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) LIST

DTC Description Source Action
U0001:88 High Speed CAN  Communication Bus: Bus Off ABS module The module could not communicate on the network at a point in time. The fault is currently not present. CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool.
U0100 Lost Communication With ECM  /PCM IC  CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
U0100:00 Lost Communication With ECM  /PCM "A": No Sub Type Information ABS module CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST A .
U0100:88 Lost Communication With ECM  /PCM "A": Bus Off Speech Recognition Module (SRM) The module could not communicate on the network at a point in time. The fault is currently not present. CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool.
U0121 Lost Communication With Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Control Module Instrument Cluster (IC) CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST B .
U0125:00 Lost Communication With Multi-Axis Acceleration Sensor Module: No Sub Type Information ABS module REFER to ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM - VEHICLE DYNAMIC SYSTEM article.
U0125:88 Lost Communication With Multi-Axis Acceleration Sensor Module: Bus Off ABS module REFER to ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM - VEHICLE DYNAMIC SYSTEM article.

U0127 Lost Communication With Tire Pressure Monitor Module IC  CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST I .
U0140 Lost Communication With Body Control Module (GEM  ) Audio Control Module (ACM) CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST J .
U0146 Lost Communication With Gateway Generic Electronic Module (GEM) CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
U0151 Lost Communication With Restraints Control Module GEM 
IC 
Occupant Classification System Module (OCSM)		 CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST H .
U0154 Lost Communication With Restraints Occupant Classification System Module (OCS  ) RCM  CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST G .
U0155 Lost Communication With Instrument Panel Cluster (IC  ) Module ACM 
GEM 
RCM 
Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) module		 CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
U0155:00 Lost Communication With Instrument Panel Cluster (IC  ) Module: No Sub Type Information ABS module CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
U0238 Lost Communication With Digital Audio Control Module "D" (DSP  ) ACM 
IC 		 CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool. If the DTC returns, GO to PINPOINT TEST F .
U0401:00 Invalid Data Received from ECM  /PCM A: No Sub Type Information ABS module RETRIEVE and FOLLOW the DTCs from the PCM.
U0402:00 Invalid Data Received from TCM  : No Sub Type Information ABS module RETRIEVE and FOLLOW the DTCs from the PCM.
U0428:00 Invalid Data Received from Steering Angle Sensor Module: No Sub Type Information ABS module REFER to ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM - VEHICLE DYNAMIC SYSTEM article.

U2012 Communication Bus Error (Non SCP  ) ABS module The module could not communicate on the network at a point in time. The fault is currently not present. CLEAR the DTC. REPEAT the network test with the scan tool.
U2023 Fault Received From External Node IC 
TPMS  module		 The module had an invalid network input/message from another module. RETRIEVE and FOLLOW the non-network DTCs from other modules. REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULE article.
U2196 Invalid 'Engine RPM' Data IC  The module had an invalid network input/message from another module. RETRIEVE and FOLLOW the non-network DTCs from other modules. REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULE article.
U2197 Invalid 'Vehicle Speed' Data IC  The module had an invalid network input/message from another module. RETRIEVE and FOLLOW the non-network DTCs from other modules. REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULE article.
U2198 Invalid 'Fuel Pulse' Data IC  The module had an invalid network input/message from another module. RETRIEVE and FOLLOW the non-network DTCs from other modules. REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULE article.
