Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) Sensor - 2.0L GTDI

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the ACL (Air Cleaner) outlet pipe and turbocharger inlet pipe.

2. Slide the insulator up and disconnect the Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) electrical connector.





3. Remove and discard the CHT (Cylinder Head Temperature) sensor.
- To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).






4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Do not reuse the CHT (Cylinder Head Temperature) sensor, install a new sensor.
