Fuel Cut-Out Switch: Service and Repair

Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) Switch










1. Remove the RH lower A-pillar trim panel.

2. Disconnect the Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) switch electrical connector.

3. Remove the 2 bolts and the IFS (Inertia Fuel Shutoff) switch.
- To install, tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb-in).


4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
