DTC U0300: Internal Control Module Software Incompatibility: Description

The PSCM is self monitoring and will carry out self-tests at specific intervals (initial power up, power down, during normal operation, etc.). Each self-test requires the voltage supply to the PSCM to be between 10 and 16 volts and the vehicle speed to be below 2 km/h (1.24 mph) for the test to take place. If one or more of the self-tests should fail, then the module will set one or more DTCs.

• DTC U0300:00 (Internal Control Module Software Incompatibility: No Sub Type Information) - This DTC is set if the PSCM detects a configuration data failure or a mismatch between the stored and retrieved data during self-test.
