U0155:00 Lost Communication With Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Control Module: No Sub Type Information GO to Pinpoint Test AF
U0401:00 Invalid Data Received from ECM/ PCM A: No Sub Type Information RETRIEVE and FOLLOW Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) present in the PCM. 
For vehicles with the 1.6L EcoBoost (132kW/180PS) - Sigma, REFER to: ELECTRONIC ENGINE CONTROLS 1.6L
For vehicles with the 2.5L Duratec (125kW/170PS), REFER to: ELECTRONIC ENGINE CONTROLS 2.5L
U0422:00 Invalid Data Received from Body Control Module: No Sub Type Information RETRIEVE and FOLLOW Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) present in the BCM. REFER to: Body Control Module (BCM)
U0423:00 Invalid Data Received from Instrument Panel Cluster Control Module: No Sub Type Information RETRIEVE and FOLLOW Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) present in the IPC. REFER to: Instrumentation, Message Center and Warning Chimes
U2100:00 Initial Configuration Not Complete: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets due to an incomplete or incorrect GPSM PMI. CHECK the vehicle service history for recent service actions related to the GPSM.
If there have been recent service actions with the GPSM, REPEAT/PERFORM the GPSM PMI procedure as directed by the diagnostic scan tool. REFER to: Module Configuration - System Operation and Component Description See PMI.
If there have been no recent service actions, the GPSM has failed to retain configuration data. INSTALL a new GPSM. REFER to: Global Positioning System Module (GPSM) - Vehicles Without: Active City Stop
U2101:00 Control Module Configuration Incompatible: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets due to an incomplete or incorrect GPSM PMI. CHECK the vehicle service history for recent service actions related to the GPSM.
If there have been recent service actions with the GPSM, REPEAT/PERFORM the GPSM PMI procedure as directed by the diagnostic scan tool. REFER to: Module Configuration - System Operation and Component Description See PMI.
If there have been no recent service actions, the GPSM has failed to retain configuration data. INSTALL a new GPSM. REFER to: Global Positioning System Module (GPSM) - Vehicles Without: Active City Stop
U3000:09 Control Module: Component Failure CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
WAIT at least 10 seconds.
REPEAT the self-test.
If DTC U3000:09 is retrieved again, DISCONNECT the battery for 1 minute, then reconnect it.
CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
WAIT at least 10 seconds.
REPEAT the self-test.
If DTC U3000:09 is retrieved again, INSTALL a new GPSM. REFER to: Global Positioning System Module (GPSM) - Vehicles Without: Active City Stop
U3000:41 Control Module: General Checksum Failure CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
WAIT at least 10 seconds.
REPEAT the self-test.
If DTC U3000:41 is retrieved again, INSTALL a new GPSM. REFER to: Global Positioning System Module (GPSM) - Vehicles Without: Active City Stop
U3000:42 Control Module: General Memory Failure CLEAR the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
WAIT at least 10 seconds.
REPEAT the self-test.
If DTC U3000:42 is retrieved again, INSTALL a new GPSM. REFER to: Global Positioning System Module (GPSM) - Vehicles Without: Active City Stop
U3003:16 Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Below Threshold GO to Pinpoint Test AO
