Right Window Does Not Operate From Either Switch (2-Door)
- Turn ignition switch to ACC position. Connect test light between ground and right window switch connector Dark Blue wire. Hold right window switch in UP position. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 3).
- Connect test light between right window motor connector Dark Blue and Brown wires. If test light illuminates, replace right window motor. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 4). 3) Connect test light between ground and left window switch connector Yellow wire. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Yellow wire between left front window switch and instrument panel fuse block.
- Connect test light between left window switch connector Yellow and Light Blue wires. If test light illuminates, go to step 6). If test light does not illuminate, go to next step.
- Connect test light between left window switch connector Yellow and Black wires. If test light illuminates, replace left window switch. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black wire between left window switch and ground.
- Connect test light between left window switch connector Yellow and Tan wires. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, replace left window switch.
- Connect test light between right window switch connector Yellow wire and Light Blue wire, then between Yellow wire and Tan wire. If test light illuminates at both wires, replace left window switch. If test light illuminates at only one wire or not at all, repair open in Light Blue or Tan wire(s) between right window switch connector and left front switch connector.
