Engine is running.
Engine speed is 400-5000 RPM.
The change in engine speed is less than 125 RPM.
The traction control is not active.
A change in idle air is less than 10 g/s.
The A/C compressor clutch is steady.
The power steering is stable.
Clutch switch state does not change.
Brake switch state does not change.
Conditions are stable for 1 second.
