Removal Procedure

  1. Turn OFF the ignition.
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .

  3. Disconnect the idle air control (IAC) valve harness connector.

  4. Remove the IAC valve mounting screws.

  5. Remove the IAC valve and O-ring from the throttle body assembly.
