Removal Procedure

  1. Turn OFF the ignition.
    2. Fig 1: View Of MAF Sensor Harness Connector

  2. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor harness connector.

    NOTE: Refer to Mass Air Flow (MAF) Handling Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Remove the MAF sensor from the air cleaner cover and air cleaner outlet duct by loosening the hose clamps.
