Preliminary Procedures:
Remove the left rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Traverse with TB5) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Traverse without TB4) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia/OUTLOOK with TB5) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia/OUTLOOK without TB4) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave with TB5) or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave without TB4) .

Rear Body Control Module Assembly

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Reprogram the rear body control module if replaced. Refer to Control Module References .

Tip: Push in the tab to release the module from the liftgate actuator assembly.
