Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Fuel Sender And Fuel Pump Seal

  1. Install a NEW Fuel Pump Seal (2).
  2. Install Fuel Sender (1)

  3. Connect Transfer Hose (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
    4. Fig 3: Fuel Pump Lock Ring

  4. Use the CH 45722  wrench by turning clockwise and install the lock ring (1).
  5. Connect the electrical connector.
  6. Install Fuel Tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD)
