Wheel Alignment - Steering Wheel Angle And/Or Front Toe Adjustment

  1. Ensure the steering wheel and the front wheels are in the straight ahead position.
  2. Loosen Steering Linkage Inner Tie Rod Nut (1)
  3. Rotate the inner tie rod (2) as necessary to achieve the required toe specification setting. Refer to Wheel Alignment Specifications 
  4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Tighten Steering Linkage Inner Tie Rod Nut (1) to 75 N.m (55 lb ft)
  6. Check the toe setting after Tightening.
  7. Re-adjust the toe setting if necessary.
  8. Center the steering angle sensor. Refer to Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering
