Installation Procedure

    High Voltage Connector (3) - Install [2x]

  2. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Bracket (2) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Inlet Hose Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Battery Positive and Negative Cable (3) - Install

  5. Install the battery positive and negative cable retainers (2).
  6. Auxiliary Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Battery Charger (2) - Install

  8. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Starter Generator Negative Ground Cable (2) - Install [2x]

  10. Battery Negative Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Battery Positive and Negative Cable Extension Cable (4) - Install

  12. Battery Positive Cable Shield Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  13. Install the battery positive and negative cable extension cable retainers (2).
  14. Connect the electrical connector. (1)

    NOTE:

    High Voltage Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install

  16. Battery Positive Cable Shield Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  17. Connect the electrical connectors. (1)

    Install the high voltage battery positive cable retainer (1).

    Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Protector (2) - Install

  20. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Hose (6) - Install

  22. Install the drive motor power distribution control module hose retainers (5).
  23. Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Coolant Hose (4) - Connect
  24. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Hose (3) - Connect
  25. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Nut (2) - Install
  26. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Suspension Cradle (1) - Install - Rear Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation

  28. Run all necessary programming and setup procedures. Control Module References
