Installation Procedure

Battery Positive and Negative Cable (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Battery Positive Cable Channel Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Battery Cable Clip Bracket Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
- Install the battery positive and negative cable retainer (2).
- Connect the electrical connectors. (1)
Install the engine wiring and battery positive cable harness retainers (2).
- Connect the electrical connector. (1)
High Voltage Battery Heater Bracket (3) - Install
- Install the engine wiring and battery positive cable harness retainer (2).
- High Voltage Battery Heater Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Electric Drive Transmission Module Hose (4) - Install
- High Voltage Battery Coolant Pump Inlet Hose (3) - Install
- High Voltage Battery Coolant Cooler Outlet Hose (2) - Install
- High Voltage Battery Coolant Inlet Hose (1) - Install
Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (4) - Install [3x]
- High Voltage Battery Coolant Inlet Hose (3) - Connect
- Front Electric Drive Transmission Module Hose (2) - Connect
- Connect the electrical connector. (1)
Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) - Install [5x]
Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) - Install [7x]
High Voltage Battery Heater Module (2) - Install
- High Voltage Battery Heater Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Heater Coolant Heater Inlet Hose (3) - Connect
- High Voltage Battery Coolant Cooler Inlet Hose (2) - Connect
- Connect the electrical connectors. (1)
Front Cradle (2) - Install - Front Cradle Removal and Installation
