Circuit/System Verification
- Verify DTC U103E is not set
- If the DTC is set
- Clear DTC's and re-attempt DC discharging with a known good bi-directional DC charging station.
- If DTC U103E is set
- Replace the component: K16 Battery Energy Control Module
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- Contact Bi-Direction charge station manufacturer for customer service.
