Installation Procedure

    Battery Charger Coupler (1) - Install

    Fastener Caution

    Drive Motor Battery Coolant Flow Control Valve Rear Hose Clip Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Nut (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  5. Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 

  8. Connect the high voltage electrical connector and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (1, 3) High Voltage Connectors

    Connect the high voltage electrical connector and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (1, 2) High Voltage Connectors

    Retainer (1) - Install [4x]

    Connect the high voltage electrical connector and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (1, 2) High Voltage Connectors

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Coolant Inlet Hose (2) - Connect [2x]

  17. Retainer (1) - Engage [2x]

    Connect the electrical connector.

  19. Position the charge port housing (1) to the outer side panel.
  20. Press the charge port housing (1) to the outer side panel until fully seated.

    Accessory Power Receptacle Door (1) - Install

  22. Using a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water with a clean towel, remove any left over adhesive residue from the masking tape.
  23. Rear Wheelhouse Panel Rear Liner - Install - Rear Wheelhouse Panel Rear Liner Replacement
  24. Rear Wheelhouse Panel Front Liner - Install - Rear Wheelhouse Panel Front Liner Replacement
    25. NOTE:

    Coolant filling instructions are located in High Voltage Enabling.

  25. Perform all steps in the high voltage enabling procedure before continuing.
  26. Install underbody panels as necessary. Underbody Panel Component Locator
