Repair Procedures: Removal
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Remove the Air Cleaner Assembly.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "INTAKE AND EXHAUST SYSTEM ")
- Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector (A).
- Remove the water temperature sensor from the water temperature control assembly.CAUTION:
- Note that engine coolant may leak out of the water temperature control assembly when removing the sensor.
