Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the tailgate trim.

    (Refer to Body - "LIFTGATE TRIM ")

  3. Remove the anti-pinch strip sensor connector (A).

  4. Remove the anti-pinch strip (A) after removing the clips.
