Repair Procedures: Removal
- Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Remove the Alternator.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "ALTERNATOR ")
- Remove the Intercooler Outlet Hose and Pipe.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "WATER COOLED INTERCOOLER COOLANT REPLACEMENT AND AIR BLEEDING ")
- Disconnect the ETC module connector (A).
- Remove the installation bolt (A), remove the ETC module from the engine.
Tightening torque:
9.8 - 11.7 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.6 lb-ft)
