Removal And Installation

NOTE:

Replace the O-ring (A) with a new one.

Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Disconnect the variable force solenoid connector (A).

Remove the installation bolt (A), and then remove the variable force solenoid.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.7 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.6 lb-ft)

Install in the reverse order of removal.
